Enjoy fabulous views of the beach, palm trees and the ocean in this unique tropical setting. Easily accessible from San Jose International airport by a 25 minute flight into the Tambor airport located less than a mile away from the vacation rental condo. This is one of only 8 free standing condos in the Los Delfines gated community located on Tambor Bay creating an extremely private and quiet setting. During the summer months, the lapas, or parrots, typically land in the trees near the pool adding additional color to the landscape.
The main floor has a dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry, bar area and a bathroom with addition outside entrance from the pool. With a focus on both comfort and quality, the furnishings are unique and add to the upscale vacation environment. The sliding glass doors to the patio off the living room open to an outdoor bar and dining area with excellent view of the pool and beach only a few yards away.
The second floor has a family area, great for the children to play games and watch TV. There are three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The master has a king sized bed, walk-in closet and sliding glass doors opening to a balcony with a 4 person Jacuzzi, and a breathtaking view of the pool and the beach. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds, ample closet space and flat screen TVs. The couch in the living room opens to a queen bed and the couch in the family area opens to a king or two twin beds.
All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided, including availability for maid service twice a week.
Easily within walking distance of the clubhouse, golf course, tennis courts and restaurant where the dining experience is relaxed and overlooks the community pool.
