Vacation Rentals Description
The Casita at Tropical Evergreens has a living area, fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for four; queen size bedroom and full bath.
A private, outside stairway leads upstairs to a large open deck, bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be converted to one king), and full bath. The entire unit may be rented for a party of 4, or just the downstairs for a party of 2. There is a stereo system with CDs for your entertainment. Please see the itemized amenities lists.
Tropical Evergreens does have regular electric power, being one of the first homes on the bay to be hooked-up by the local utility company in January 2001.
Just down the road about 1/4 mi. is Oscar Y Lalo's restaurant for great seafood or a cocktail on the beach.
